"BUBBLY"

This category of wines could be  best described as fizzy or effervescent.
The Methode Traditionelle has been made by secondary fermentation in the bottle in which it is sold.
The Mozcatos and Bubbly Rose are usually carbonated in a pressure tank to keep the production cost considerably lower than the traditional method.
With today's modern methods these wines are perfect for drinking while they are young but with the new design crown seals fitted they keep very well.
